The land used for seedling distribution does not belong to the SOLIDARITY GARDEN Foundation. The land is wholly owned by individuals, institutions, or government or private agencies that legally have authority over the land in question based on laws and regulations.
All benefits obtained from the Foundation’s activities in the future are wholly the right of the land owner.
SOLIDARITY GARDEN CENTRE does not guarantee that the seeds sown on behalf of the Foundation’s guests will survive at the point of sowing. It is possible that due to natural factors, the seeds sown will be carried away by water, landslides, or moved to other locations beyond the Foundation’s control and grow in new places outside the sowing location or even die because the sowing location is not conducive to the growth and development of the seeds.
If this occurs, the SOLIDARITY GARDEN Foundation cannot be held liable for compensation or claims by any party, as this is entirely due to natural factors beyond the Foundation’s control.
